FREE Yoga With Rockstar Yoga Instructor Lori Rischer
After last year's success, she's at it again. That's right. Lori Rischer, who was handpicked by KIIS-FM and 98.7 to lead a free "Yoga at the Pier" event for the entire summer of 2009, has agreed to do it again every Saturday for the entire summer of 2010. Lucky us!!
This year, class will take place at the beautiful and historic Malibu Pier on Pacific Coast Highway. Class starts at 8:30 a.m. Be sure to bring your mat, towel, water, and identification. If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by an adult. Get there early to reserve your spot and enjoy 75 minutes of yoga set to incredible tunes with fresh ocean breeze on your face and the Pacific Ocean as your backdrop. There will be street parking or you may park in the city lot for $6.00. Stick around after class for a complimentary breakfast provided by Beachcomber Cafe.

I am so out of shape and sync with yoga. I use to practice and mediate to bikram yoga regularly. After reading this I am inspired and motivated to start again. Thanks

I have fallen away from my yoga routine and I use to practice it religiously in particular bikram yoga. Since I had children it has been so hard to get back on track. Reading this has motivate to start again and do some yoga by the pier sound so grand! I got to check it out.
Thanks for the post,
Leslie
