I will have to tell my sister in NY to look into this program. Who knows they may have options for other ailments as well. Thanks for sharing.

Comment on Say "OM" instead of "Ah", An Integrative Approach To Cancer Treatment

I always believe yoga is a very healthy practice but just can't find the motivation to start learning it. I have tried meditation though and it suits me well. Must really find the will to do yoga next.

Comment on Say "OM" instead of "Ah", An Integrative Approach To Cancer Treatment

Thanks for sharing that. So great to see how allopathic facilities are integrating complimentary/alternative therapies to truly help people with the entire well-being, not just disease management - wish I was in NYC to be a part of it!

Comment on October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

This post brought tears to my eyes. Your knowledge on health is wonderful. I learn so much from your blog. Breast Cancer is a very scary and real illness. Everyone knows someone who is affected by it in one way or another. Thank you Tammy!

Comment on October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

She does glow and I question all my doctors answers because of it.

Comment on October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Thank you so much for posting this very important information. My best friend's sister faced the same exact set of circumstances, only her outcome was fatal. If only her doctor would have listened to her plea for more extensive testing instead of telling her it was "nothing to worry about", she might be alive today. Every woman needs to be aware and proactive in their own health maintenance. Spread the word!! Thank you Tamara!
